As a photographer/artist, I have always wanted to capture the beauty I see in everyday life.  To be able to share or remember the feeling I had when in that moment.  Sometimes that is with a photograph and sometimes it is in a drawing or painting.  Recently I have added doing platinum/palladium printing to my list of ways to present my images.

I photograph with a variety of different cameras, including my I Phone and a tiny 6 mp point and shoot Panasonic camera converted for infrared.   In the last few years, I have been enamored with infrared photography due to the otherworldliness and magic quality that I find I can’t get in a straight black and white or color photo.   I want to leave the feeling of “I’d like to step into that scene” with the observer.
